red ribbon

From October 27th–31st, our school will join the nationwide celebration of Red Ribbon Week, a campaign dedicated to promoting drug-free living and encouraging students to make healthy choices. Each day will feature a themed dress-up activity to help spread awareness and unite students around the message of living drug-free.

Monday – Twin Day
Students will team up with friends to dress alike, highlighting the theme: “Stick with friends who stay away from drugs and encourage good choices.”

Tuesday – Bright Day
The halls will shine with tie-dye, sparkles, and bright colors as students celebrate the theme: “Be the light, and keep your future bright!”

Wednesday – USA Day
Patriotism takes center stage with red, white, blue, or camo outfits. The message: “United we stand to make good choices.”

Thursday – Color War Day
Grades will face off in spirited colors—7th in white, 8th in black, and 9th in orange—reminding everyone that “Scrapper fans stay away from drugs.”

Friday – Character Day
On Halloween, students will wrap up the week by dressing as their favorite good characters to show: “Let your good character show in all you do!”

Through creativity, fun, and unity, Red Ribbon Week is a powerful reminder to students and staff of the importance of making healthy, drug-free choices that will shape a brighter future.
